Comments extension updated

Today, the comments extension used on the site was uptaded. Of course, I had made some modifications and overrides on the previous version, so that had to be moved over to the new one. Also, a config change was made, so that the form is hidden until clicking on "add comment" on the article/comments page. Hopefully everything should look and work OK. And hey, no comments in over a week? Come on, Say something!
